Best Lodge I’ve stayed in at Seton Sands by some way. Great location, excellent host when needed helped. WiFi is great, lots on modern TV. Plenty of space and cooking facilities is like a top notch kitchen. I’ve stayed in many units here and this is by far the best I’ve been in. Lots of space and great little deck to enjoy the views of the sea.

"Comfortable living space with everything I needed. Comfy bed and hot shower."

Location was good for what I needed. Comfortable living space with everything I needed like an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There's space to park a car or two.

"Won't Give Deposit Back"

Had the porch it was spacious.

Wasn't clean, stains, no wifi. Self check in. Won't give back my disabled daughter her deposit back, apparently stains raspberry. My daughter doesn't drink anything this colour or eats raspberry or strawberry or blueberries. Doesn't get felt time pens. Apparently on the sink as well.. paula said she would send photos but still no photos. I've asked several times. No reply. These might be able to washable with treatment.? But the staff that went with my daughter also said those stains were there. The price for weekend not great knowing after paying for caravan just found out that we had to buy the entertainment pass . So overall the price was quite expensive . Won't go private again either. Just read up on reviews and I will take extra care especially this being my daughters money. I have raised this with Booking.com. and now wondering if anyone else has had the same experience? Was expecting a good sea view but only a bit.

"Weekend break visiting family."

Large spacious lodge. Clean Wonderful location by the sea.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but that is personal preference. A little mix up with location of the entry key. Instructions given were for the wrong keypad.

"Very disappointed.....definitely not value for money."

Incorrect details provided for lock box. Only 1 towel for 3 adults. No instructions for appliances, hot water or heating. Pilot light went out on the hot water service so 1 morning we had cold showers.....wifi didn't work at all. No tv reception in bad weather.
