Plenty of room to have your own space.

A group of young ones in apartment 3 or 4 made a hell of noise each night @ 2, 3 or 4 in the morning when they returned after a night out. When it rains there is a down pipe to the side of the front balcony that leaks & then drips most of the night making it hard to sleep. The toilet in bath room must have a worn washer in the cistern causing the toilet to refill regurlarly.

The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, tableware, and even some condiments and essentials, which made cooking very convenient.

The lighting in the upstairs living room was quite dim, making it feel a bit uncomfortable. The carpet in the house had a slight odor, which I was not used to. In addition, there were two bathrooms, but whenever one bathroom was in use, the water temperature in the other could not be controlled—it would suddenly become too hot or too cold, which made showering inconvenient.

We liked the views, the warmth throughout the whole house, the fact we had full SkyTv, huge master bedroom and location

Amazing view, excellent amenities, warm and super close to town. There is a steep hill to climb down and up in you walk to town just as a warning for anyone with bad knees but not a problem for us.

We didn’t realise the property had three flights of stairs which probably would have changed our minds on staying only because my mother who is elderly came along and she struggled with so many stairs. To be fair I didn’t really look deeply into it so it might be in the comments somewhere but in your pictures you only have one flight of stairs. I do think having pictures of all the stairs or noting it in your description is important. It would also change my mind if I had young ones under 2.

The location was handy, keys were easy to obtain, property was clean, garage could easily fit two vehicles, good value for price for 6 adults.

The lower bedroom attached to the main bathrooms shower is extremely loud through the wall, the upstairs bedroom is small unable to open a suit case on the floor. The host also did not release the $500 deposit hold for many weeks after checkout despite there being no issue with inspection after check out, I had to message multiple times to have it released after they tried to tell me it was my banks problem (it was not)

parking is a bit low. our roof box can't fit. Not a biggie though.
