Great quiet location, easy walk into shops, lovely furnishings and layout, great view.

The shower door in the ensuite did not close properly, resulting in water flowing across the bathroom floor. On the first occasion of using the shower, the clothes I left on the floor got soaked. We ended up using a rolled up bath mat to help keep the shower door closed. For a property at this price, I would expect that this type of issue would not have occurred. At the very least, it would be useful to have a warning sign on the door of the shower.

Nice view and locatiion

Easy collection of keys and responsive communication with management company. Balcony views are incredible, bedrooms and living space is extremely spacious. Kitchen is well supplied to facilitate any meal or prep.

Balconies are very close together so not much privacy. Wasn't aware of 2 sets of stairs, parents being a little older wasn't convenient for them. Location slightly further from town with walk mostly up hill.

Beautiful property with amazing views from terrace. Great location, walking distance to town centre. Well equipped kitchen with all you need for a bit of cooking

Barbecue was not clean and we had to clean the grill before using. Sliding door on veranda could also do with a bit of cleaning .

The views were lovely , spacious apartment over 3 levels . Nice quiet location . Modern clean facilities

The rooms were a bit warm as no air conditioning. The hill getting upto the apartment

The location was good, quiet with a beautiful views. Good Living area for 6 adults.

There was only 1 bath towel per person for the 7 days. As we very doing many activities during the day, we found that the towel wasn't drying for a second shower. Therefore we found we were washing & using the dryer more frequently. There were no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms, as these rooms were very stuffy at night, in particular the bedroom next to the Living room. Also, the wall heather in the second bedroom had been put in the wardrobe making it difficult to access. The rubbish from the previous tenant was left in the garage. I think there needs to be a bit more maintenance, for example - lights didn't work, requiring a new globe - kitchen drawers falling apart - toilet seats loose - floor rug thrown in the bottom of a cupboard.
