Lake view for living room

Dirty, no lock on bathroom door, tired and felt inadequately maintained ie simply regular trimming hedge would improve views, bathroom heaters not working. Driveway steep and car bottomed out entering and exiting Seems they don't have to try hard letting due to Queenstown demand. Suggest photos date back to when when last refurbished thus not fully representative

We were not so keen that one of the beds was up against a wall but realise there is probably not a lot you could do with the shape of the room

The view was amazing.. location was ok, but because of the road works going back to the place was a bit challenging.

The part that we have to worry about tidying up and throwing our rubish. Though it seems simple, but for us who was tired from a long drive, and from the activities we had, those simple task was really an inconvenient for us. At the same time we don't want to spend extra as indicated in the rules and regulation of the place. Another thing was the squeaky sound that you can hear from people walking upstair.

Beautiful views on both levels. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Easy distance to walk into town, although it’s Queenstown so be ready for a climb on the way back up. Property managers were very responsive and always helpful. Great stay!

Nothing

The view was great, the place was clean and a great layout for our needs. During our stay, the toaster stopped working and the host brought a new one over later that day. Information provided about current infrastructure works/road closures was really helpful and gave us an idea of what to expect when we arrived. Very easy to follow instructions about getting there and gaining access to the property. Good location to get into the town center, will be so good once the roads have been upgraded. Reminder that it is Queenstown and it's all mountains so walking anywhere is all big ups and big downs no matter where you are

The parking area is shared and when all are occupied it can be tricky but it seems that parking anywhere in Queenstown is hard. We were just happy to have a space for our car.

Location and view

A water hose burst in the wall so we had to move out on the last day which mucked the finish to our holiday around a lot. Host helped us move all ok to another property he had. House isn't staged like the photos a lot of stuff different and needs updating.

The views are amazing. We were travelling as two couples and there was a bedroom and shower room upstairs, a midlevel comfy living area and two bedrooms with another shower room downstairs giving privacy and shared space well. There was a laundry with a good dryer and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc even a cheese grater! The heating is also good, lovely and cozy on cold winter nights.

Just to note there is a big hill if walking from town, the views are worth it with the elevation. An Uber from town is $10 if you have mobility isssues.
