The Hill Haven Queenstown

Location and views were amazing and the size of the house was perfect for our two families.

A bit tired and run down with the house needing a lot of work inside and out. Communication with the host was also slow with us having to wait over 2 hours past our check in time for them to get back to us with the door code. Ran out of gas for the hot water on night 3 and no response from host so no one was able to shower until the next day.

Great view. Good house design

Distance from town. Walk down hill is at least 30min. Walk back almost impossible especially for older people. Kitchen needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Green mould around the kitchen windows was not appreciated.

Superb location. Comfy sofas. Great views. Amazing fireplace.

The most amazing views of Queenstown and a beautiful house! We were a group of 8 and loved our stay. The house was so warm and cosy.

The walk up and down into town is very steep so you need a good level of fitness but we were aware of this before arrival so not an issue for us. Cheap to uber if you need

Clean and loved the views . Not too far from town.

1. Heating and lighting of the rooms was not great . Just good enough . 3.Slippery drive way. We had a one year old with us . It was scary to carry her on the slippery driveway. 4. No milk provided which is very usual at most nz stays . 5.Managed to get access code to the property at last minute after making payment . Host must work on this and come up with a better process . Adds little bit of last minute tension . What if the host won’t pick up the call ? She did miss my calls . 6.Dint know about the damage deposit until I say the amount deducted in my bank account . Could have been communicated proactively .

Location was excellent for a 4 bedroom house option, with the most fantastic view

Extra bathroom would be fantastic!!! But it was fine as was.
