Location was a slight walk to the city but it was not a big deal, it is combatted by the fact that it is close to the gondola

Great location and a beautiful apartment, very well appointed with most things we needed supplied. The views from the upstairs was nothing short of amazing, especially when we woke on the last day to a snow covered Queenstown (late October!)

Being picky here but quite noisy, not from the road but within the apartment. If sleeping downstairs you could here people upstairs walking around and the toilet and bathroom were right next to you and no insulation from those rooms

Clean all facilities available and utensils provided

Door lock needs to be easier to open

Great location, very clean and tidy and had everything needed, very comfortable, terrific accommodation

Only very minor , there was a mop in the bathroom, which didn’t smell very nice, noticed as soon as we entered but just left it outside till we were leaving, but as I say very very minor

The location was 10 mins walk from the town centre. The furniture and bedding was very good. So was the view from the upstairs living areas. There was a lock-up garage for the car.

There was no personal contact. Everything was by automated emails. The property billing was outside of the Booking.com platform. While the property was well maintained, the internet was unplugged, there was no milk in the fridge( the long life carton in the fridge was months old and past expiry date). TV remote control did not work at all. This is disappointing in a property that aims to brand 'luxury' apartments.
