Location and space

The house is clean and appliances are all well presented and with quality. Very comfortable beds and sheets. Location is great as walking distance to the city and shops. 1carport provided but off street parkingg is not hard if you happened to have 2 or more cars.

The front door is a bit hard to close but not a big deal.

Not recommend to stay during winter time The house was very cold (outside was -2c) on the first day we arrived at 7pm and the heater took more than 10 hours to make the room warm. I was there with 70yrs parents and they cannot sleep on the first night During the first night, we tried to contact staffs but no-one can help. The staffs offered one more heater on the next day evening but we have to keep calling for several times during the day for this responsibility

Location to city - easy 10 min stroll to town and grocery/ petrol stations nearby. Well appointed kitchen with pleasant views of surrounding area. Large dining table surrounded by large opening windows - great spot to work from, conduct family dinners and play the board games. Great having additional toilet given we have four people staying in apartment. Having access to garage meant we could securely park our rental car - which was a bonus. Beds comfortable and plenty of heating provided. Layout was ideal for family - bedrooms downstairs meant people could retreat for quiet time whilst others worked upstairs. Stylish lounge with bean bags - great spot for watching a movie at night. Communication with the property management team pre & post was excellent.

Wifi was not connected when arrived which meant TV did not work either. Eventually got the issue resolved. Could not get gas fire to start - but perhaps we needed to change over gas bottle. Third bedroom with bunk bed configuration a bit tight for an adult due to limited floor space/ luggage storage - yet it would be perfect for kids.

Views of Queenstown were lovely and short walk to town
