Was very comfortable and clean. Location was great. Fast responses from property management which was very appreciated

No TV reception. Had to use wifi which was so bad. Couldn’t relax and watch television at end of day.

Great location - very central. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious.

Mould on the walls of the bathroom. There is a decent crack in the front door which is most likely caused by the door being difficult to open/close. There is also a large window next to the front door which looks directly out onto the street which doesn’t have any covering. This means that there is no privacy at night in the main bedroom if you have the door open and also leaving the bathroom. The wifi is EXTREMELY slow to the point that we struggled to load even a simple website. Free airport wifi was better than what they gave us. The tumble dryer also does not dry your clothes at all and there is no indoor clothing rack meaning that clothes cannot be washed when it is raining. Overall we were not happy with the conditions of the property and would not recommend.

Spacious and clean

When we arrived the gas for the cooking stove was empty and we were only being given instruction via messages on how to connect and turn on the gas tank at the tank house which is different from our country…luckily the neighbour come around and helped

Apartment was in a great location, and a good layout.

Someone (maybe a cleaner) used the key to unlock the front door, they must have heard us talking and left, leaving the door ajar. This was extremely distressing as we had our passports in our rooms and some expensive items. When I emailed the real estate agent they didn't bother replying. Also, there was no wifi the entire stay and no gas so we couldn't light the fire (it was freezing) or the gas stove to cook.

Close to town, clean

Wifi didn’t work, so then the tv wouldn’t work, gas fireplace was temperamental

The view is amazing and the facilities were very homely cosy and welcoming. We also enjoyed the location being within walking distance to town.

I would have liked a dryer or mobile clothes rack.

the location was quiet and property clean and modern. comfy beds and ability to use heaters to warm the place if needed. liked the gas fire in lounge. it was ideal for the three of us. nice to have a laundry too after skiing

the door lock was not working. you had to slam the door really hard to close it and the door was visibly damaged on the inside when we got there. we did report this to property managers. the door lock requires fixing
