This was a perfect location for our trip to Queenstown, easy walking distance and handy parking. Place was clean and great for the 6 of us.

I read comments and feedback about one bathroom so we were aware of this.

The location was great, we walked everywhere in Queenstown easily. Lovely view. Plenty of heating. Garage was great for our hire car. Beds were very comfortable.

This apartment was advertised with two bathrooms. This was incorrect we had one bathroom and a second toilet. The tv was hard to use in the main lounge room, it had internet issues that we needed to message BCR several times about. The second tv did not work at all in the bedroom as it had no arial cable. The decor is quite dated and some of the furniture needs to be updated.

Couple of power outages

The view is great and the natural light from the windows. The beds were comfortable.

The rooms are cramped and there is no real storage space, not really enough room for 6 people in the bedrooms once you have suitcases, especially with ski gear. There were no hooks, the "wardrobe" space was ridiculously small. There were not enough towel racks in the bathroom. There was no clothes dryer which was painful in winter. The kitchen is poorly stocked for cooking meals (with cheap and fairly useless fry pans which everything sticks to). The walls are paper thin. I could hear the toilet and sink running in bed (from the apartment next door) and we could hear every step on the stairs. There is no central heating, and we had to rely on small oil heaters in each room. The property has the feel of an owner who is maximizing their return by building the smallest properties as possible.

I recently stayed at this property and would like to share my honest experience: What I liked: - The location was quite good, not too far from the city center. - The house was clean, and both the living room and kitchen were spacious. - The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

- The host provided misleading information, which caused significant inconvenience for my family during our stay. On the booking.com listing, it stated: "The fireplace is a top feature of this holiday home. Boasting a private entrance, this holiday home also comes with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a hairdryer..." However, in reality, there was only one bathroom and two separate toilets, not two full bathrooms as advertised. This greatly impacted our experience, especially when traveling with a family. I strongly condemn this false information. - WiFi issues: We stayed for two nights and had no WiFi access at all. I followed the host’s instructions to connect, but when attempting to access the network, a message popped up asking to insert a SIM card in order to use the internet. You can imagine how difficult it was for us to be without internet, especially during a trip. I contacted the host, and while they initially responded saying someone would come the next day to fix it, I never heard back from them despite following up multiple times. Extremely disappointing!

Great location. Fabulous views. Well set up with good facilities.
