"Idyllic getaway"

No tap off beach walk, had to walk up the back to garage to rinse off sand

"Easter weekend"

It's our second time staying here. The location of this place is its trump card. A quick stroll and you're on the beach. The rock pools keep the kids busy for hours. There's a beautiful pool as well and the shops are close by. The unit itself has everything a good self catering unit should have.

The unit needs a spring clean. The curtains,sofas and rugs are not clean and have a stench. Bad news for anyone with allergies. It needs some small maintenance like the kitchen sink leaks into the bin drawer.

"Not as expected"

The advert said "airport shuttle " but this was not available. Webber braai turned out to be a cheap rusty braai. None of the TV apps were available to view and the microwave didn't work. We stayed at the property 3 years ago and it was a much better experience although the double bed is still the old uncomfortable one. Sorry but we will not be returning again.

"A weekend getaway close to home"

Very good location no doubt about that. Easy access to the beach. The rock pools kept our kids busy for hours in the low tide. The swimming pool was well enjoyed. It was clean and a good size. The view from the patio overlooking a well cared for garden was amazing with the sound of the ocean just behind the trees. If you run out of supplies the local shops are a stone throw away. Overall a tranquil and peaceful experience.

1. The microwave didn't work 2. The lounge suite+ it's throw over, curtains & rug need to be washed. The musty odour was a bit too much 3. Please be aware of the ceiling fan in the smaller room if you're a tall person.
