The unit itself was excellent,very well equipped.Very comfortable.Very safe & peacefull.

Requested check in time at 1pm, received email confirmation,arrived at exactly 1pm,unit was not cleaned or ready for us,waited almost 2 hours for cleaning crew to arrive and finish.Cleaning crew were excellent though.Sunday check out time was 10am,cleaning crew arrived just before 9am to clean for next guests arriving at 10am,wasn't happy about this at all, communication should be better please.Netflix etc did work,but Dstv did not work at all.
