Shades House - 3 bedroom house 15 minutes from St Andrews

THE PROPERTY WAS COMFORTABLE DOWNSTAIRS.

THE SINGLE BEDS WERE VERY SMALL AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE BATHROOM NEEDS A BIT OF TLC. COULD NOT GET THE GRILL TO WORK. NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN. FOUND ITEMS IN DRAWERS AND UNDER BEDS. LIVINGROOM WAS COMFORTABLE. GARDEN NEEDS MORE THAN JUST THE GRASS CUT. THE FRONT DOOR NEEDS FIXING - VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCK DOOR.

Location Size was good

Roomy, bright house in a lovely peaceful location. We enjoyed the conservatory and the view of the hills. The kitchen was reasonably supplied with equipment and parking on the driveway was very convenient.

The property was a little tired and dusty in places and the double bed was a bit soft.

The location was good

There was an ants nest in the sitting room which must have been there for a while because there were a number of ant pesticides in the kitchen cuboard.The property was'nt as clean as we expected, there was dust under the radiators and behind the furniture. The cupboard front attached to the fridge door kept falling off. The mirror in the sliding door of one of the twin bedrooms kept coming off its rail, which was dangerous. The cooker and grill are very slow which was frustrating because it took ages to cook a meal.

The shower was not working properly.

Pleasant property. Nice conservatory

Beds to soft for comfort. TV remote very hard to operate. Needs new batteries I think. Ants in kitchen abs lounge.
