"Super clean, comfy house with everything we wanted for our stay, close to Durham"

The owner provided a welcome basket with a loaf of bread, jam, butter, milk and a bottle of Cava. So appreciated! House was super clean and the beds were v comfy to sleep in. Lovely big table to eat at in a sunny extension and a garden out back that was ideal for our dog. Had a log fire one night as there was a chill in the air, so cosy!

The smaller bed has both a headboard and footboard so not ideal for our very tall 14 year old but other than that not a negative thing to mention.

"Great house with everything required"

House was very well equipped, lovely welcome pack. The owner has been very thoughtful in what's needed for a stay. Secure off road parking behind big gate's, lovely views and garden. Close enough to Durham City 10 minutes by car, well furnished great house, 100% recommend and I would 100% stay again! Washing machine, ironing board with good quality iron, dishwasher +++

Very comfortable,spotlessly clean and very well equipped cottage.We were left a welcome package of essentials and bubbly very thoughtful.The bedrooms were very comfortable with fresh crisp clean linen .The cottage has a warm rustic home from home feel about it with an excellent enclosed rear outside space for your four legged furry friends.A good base for visting the North.Ample parking for more than 3 cars. Thankyou to owner Heather.I would recommend and rebook for the future.
