"Relaxing in a beautiful setting."

The quality of the accommodation was excellent. Hot tub looked out onto a lake which was lovely and relaxing but also private. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was no problem when we requested an early book in. Location was lovely and peaceful but close enough to walk into Warminster.

the lodge looks out over a lake, not the main lake but secluded and not overlooked

the door handle to the double bedroom kept coming off

"Beautiful scenery, beautiful lodge, shame about the hot tub, but would stay again"

The location was beautiful, and peaceful, lodge was also lovely and well looked after

The selling point for us was the hot tub, however after 10 minutes use this stopped working and we could not use it again all weekend, we could not contact anyone about it as there is a £20 charge for this! Double bed could do with being a little bigger

"Good, never meet any staff but all was well organized"

Cabin was nice and well located.

No washing machine or tumble dryer. A yard brush for cleaning the decking area would of been useful!
