"A fantastic property, a very comfortable stay with a great location for the beach and high street. Would highly recommen"

9.0

Gorgeous located property, no more than a five minute walk to the property. Clean house and modern kitchen and bathroom.

Steep stairs but was prepared for this as read similar reviews. Would have loved some black out blinds in the bedroom, as rooms became bright from 5:30am. (Visited end of May in the heat wave)

"Really lovely and well equipped cottage right in the heart of Whitstable"

9.0

A lovely terraced cottage 2 minutes walk from the centre of Whitstable so the location is perfect but it's still really quiet considering how close to the main high street it is. It is beautifully decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen, the beds are really comfy and the bathroom very clean. The garden gets the sun most of the day and has really comfy sofa and chairs to relax on, which is great to watch all the flurry of birds going about.

The stairs are really steep, particularly up to the loft, which didn't bother us but it is something to be mindful of if you have a heavy suitcase! Also, if staying in the summer, recommend taking eye shades as the window blinds aren't great for keeping the light out at 5am (for those who find that sort of thing an issue).

Very comfortable house with small garden. All well equipped, this is our 4th visit. 2 dogs love going to the beach.

A small carton of milk would be good for our arrival.

"Great family break"

9.0

Great location, short walk to all the town had to offer. Property was great, narrow and quite steep staircases but adequate handrails in place to ensure safety etc. Host messaged us on day of arrival to confirm availability for any queries, not needed but good to know.

Sprite cottage was a lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage, right near the shops and close to the sea. Having 2 dogs, we really appreciated having outdoor space too.

"Cottage is lovely, nothing not to like!"

Property was clean, very comfortable and very tastefully furnished and decorated. The house was within a few minutes walk of the shops and beach.

Stairs were extremely steep but as described and mentioned by other reviews.

"Beautiful property, perfectly located!"

9.0

Excellent location right in between Whitstable and Tankerton beaches, and a short walk from great boutique shops on Harbour street. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Beautifully decorated, a wonderful property. We would come back in a heartbeat! Emily and Tom were so helpful, friendly and quick at responding to calls (thank you so much!)

The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The bathroom is located next to the kitchen on the ground floor, but we quickly got used to coming down the steep stairs in the middle of the night :)

"Beautiful and cosy cottage, located very central to Whitstable"

9.0

The location is great, just 100m from the town centre and 200m from the coast. It is a quiet street, and a very cosy and comfortable cottage. We had all the amenities we needed, the beds were comfy and it was spotless.

The stairs are very steep (as many have said in the comments), and we had a 3y old so we were a little scared of her waking in the night. Not for small children or mobility challenged, but otherwise not a problem. We got very lucky with street parking, but don't expect to find a place close to the cottage. There is paid parking 200m away.
