Romantic Getaway Luxury Wooden Cabin With Private Hot Tub and BBQ

the bed was comfy

it was filthy, the fridge had all food marks in it, bits everywhere, pubes still on the toilet seat, only had half a toilet roll left for us. shower wasn’t draining at all, hot tub was filthy to get in had to clean it ourselves, bbq was filthy with food, only 1 mug and 1 plate…when it’s booked for 2 people for an anniversary getaway, it would’ve been nice to have at least 2 plates.. as someone that works in the cleaning industry myself it was disgusting i had to clean everything myself even the cutlery had food on it and the drawers were filthy… bed didn’t look like clean sheets they looked used and tucked in again not fresh. wasn’t happy at all and DEFINITELY not worth £140 for a nights stay. disappointed isn’t even coming close to how i feel.

The place was filled with cobwebs and dead spiders in them. The front door was full of cobwebs looks like there was no effort made in getting the place clean before we arrived. The BBQ outside was filthy.and was not safe to cook on as the gas hob would not turn the gas off. It was so dirty we would've ended up with risk of food poisoning. This was a surprise night away for my partner on her birthday which was spoiled due to the uncleanliness of the lodge and because of this we declined to stay the night.as my partner would not feel safe or comfortable. For over £200 a night i paid i was very disappointing and dissatisfied we returned home 2 hours after we arrived. Before we did i spoke to the owner and requested a refund which he agreed to but so far ive been let down by him and yourselves...please respond to my comments. I do have photos to prove my points which I can send as well. I am very disappointed with everything ive done with this booking so far...please respond 😞.

Cosy secluded lodge.

Leaves and debris in hot tub, only one setting off the jets worked. Could do with a toaster. Apart from that cant really complain would stay again.

Where to start when we got to the property we pulled up to this luxury cabin and it really wasnt at all soon as we got to the cabin one of the door handles was broken the head of the bed was dirty and stained and on the side which faces into the cabin wasnt even there the roof to the porch was broken the hot tub had things floating in it and didnt look clean so we couldnt use it overall very disappointed to be honest we wanted a nice weekend away and have some luxury and it was far from it I would like a full refund for my stay
