A little bit to close to other guests staying,guests arguing late at night but overall experience was lovely,will recommend

Wow wow wow I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ve stayed in so many of these lodges and never leave reviews but I felt I had to share how unbelievable this place actually it. So cheap, beautiful, comfortable, everything you need on site, hot tub was soooo warm too. Absolutely perfect last minute stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful any time of day or night. Can’t wait to come back

Nothing not to like. Absolute perfection. But in future would recommend possible fence and gate for dogs to have safe run around the lodge. But honestly it was fantastic

Lady on phone really helpful and so polite. Place was so much bigger than expected and whole place was spotlessly cleaned and everything you needed right there hot tub was lovely and hot also well cleaned and it's private in a lovely area with stunning views. Beds was super comfortable and whole place warms quite quickly

We liked everything like i said staff was lovely and really helpful. One little thing that could be added is little sachets of coffee but it's not a big deal as there is morrisons and Tesco within a 15 minute drive

This is the worst stay I've ever had with Booking.com. A complete waste of money, none of the pictures look anything like what you arrive to.

A complete waste of money! The worst stay I've had with booking.com!!!!! Hot tub was broken, no bubbles just hot water, cover was falling apart, none of the buttons worked, it wasn't even the same hot tub as the one in pictures. The cabin itself was extremely dirty, the amount of dust and dirt under the bed and old socks etc was horrendous. No privacy at all for the cabin and hot tub, because there is a yurt wedged right next to it (again not shown in any pictures) The cabin was extremely narrow and the only way to get to the bathroom was climbing over the bed. The mattress was extremely thin and poor quality. Other guests parked right next to our cabin and were starting their car very late and night and early in the morning revving it loudly.

The bbq and the hot tub was dirty there was dust and cob webs everywhere the who point i went was to go in the hottub an and it was dirty so didn't go in it not really inpressed

How it wasn't clean
