Romantic Getaway Luxury Wooden Cabin With Private Hot Tub and BBQ

It was a very beautiful place.

In needs a sink and a permanent outside light.

Comfy bed, Close enough to Aberystwyth

The hot tub was half full and cold, BBQ was dirty Blinds were dirty It's far from a luxury wooden cabin, it's a chalet Very disappointed There are better locations for much cheaper on here. Will not be using again!!

DO NOT BOOK. The location of the farm was ok, however, the lodge was just stuck in the corner of the car park behind the big house. Not romantic or secluded at all. Lots of noise from the big house when we arrived which was later in the evening (8pm)

DO NOT BOOK! The hot tub was not working when we arrived, it was cold but as we arrived at 8pm we didn't contact anyone that evening. The next morning - 9am Saturday, i sent a message through booking.com and was advised that someone would come and have a look. We did not see anyone despite staying around the cabin for the most part of the day. We had an evening meal booked for 8pm on the Saturday so i chased it up mid afternoon via message and telephone. I was assured someone would come out but by about 6pm i was losing patience as we'd have no time to even use the hot tub (the whole reason i booked this property). Then we met Mr Davies who advised he was the owner, he said oh look isnt it working - was not helpful at all but said there was another hot tub we could use. He led us through into a small field where there was an inflatable hot tub stuck randomly in the middle. I laughed at this and said this is NOT what i was expecting. I said i wasn't very happy and he could very aggressive with me, even asked us to leave if we didnt like it!! At 7:30pm on a wet and cold evening - I got upset but said ok and headed back to the lodge whereby he followed us and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. He insisted we stay but said he'd give us a free stay another time, i said i'd rather have some money back but he insisted he would NOT be doing that. I advised i would accept a complimentary stay only if i had it in writing - i had a message from the booking.com facility but it states i can have free COMMENTARY !! Terrible contact since, would not honour my free night or even reply to me. Booking.com also useless and said it's an issue between me and the owner. TERRIBLE DO NOT BOOK!

AWFUL all round - see my previous review for full details but this was terrible place to stay - really upsetting dealing with the owner during out stay, and since then trying to correspond has been a nightmare. A total waste of £300 for me - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - APALLING

AWFUL all round. Terrible customer services. Facilities poor - not a working hot tub unless you wanted to sit in a field in a cold one. See my previous review for further comments. Luckily my two nights were booked separately so i can leave two terrible reviews!

Location was very peaceful, close to places we wanted to see. Little log cabin was cosy.

Hot tub Jets did not work, neither did the lights, so like sittings in a warm bath. Bed was not the most comfortable, but not a major issue.

Nothing Full of cob webs, spiders, dying wasps and hot tub full of dirt and leaves

Everything left 1.45am to to go home

Location is good.

A cold hot tub on arrival with no instructions on how to use...in the end we didn't and I booked this specifically for the hot tub. Very disappointed.

They did upgrade us from the not so luxury cabin to a cottage, luckily me and my boyfriend still had a fantastic time together.

The cabins hot tub was half full and not working! Then the cottage hot tub was not working! The hot tubs were the only reason we booked. Communication was very poor all my messages were ignored.

Absolutely nothing to like as it was an overpriced garden summer house

Check in and asked to be moved as couldn’t believe my eyes , Sent incorrect post code which sends you to the medical centre had to phone for directions numerous times which was a task as no phone signal but still hard to find with no signage., Advised as luxury wooden cabin!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! It was a garden summer house. NOT A Double bed, but large single as it is the only thing you could fit in as the place is that small . No way 2 average size adults could sleep in it. Hot tub full of leaves , surrounded area was dirty and decking like a skating rink. No information/ booklet Had a walk round the farm but nobody to be seen for help or information
