Romantic Getaway Luxury Wooden Cabin With Private Hot Tub and BBQ

Love the location, close to town, clean hot tube

The glamping tent that has been set up in front of us isn't on the photos and ruins the privacy that we expected, it was a shame as we've been here a few times and we go there for the privacy of not being over looked or watching other people in their tub.

Uhhh .. there was literally nothing.

We did not get to stay in this cabin. They called.us only two hours before and said they were putting us up in a suite in their hotel with a hot-tub instead. We were already 4 hours from home so had no option but to accept. When we got.to the hotel, we did not have a suite but a tiny room not much bigger than the bed and no hot-tub in sight. The room was not very clean and there was tobacco in a drawer. Our planned view of the fields was also ruined we had an awful view from the hotel. Not only that, but we'd brought loads of food with us as we had intended to cook on the BBQ, and store it in the fridge. This room did not have any fridge or cooking facilities. We paid for a hot tub, BBQ, fridge, lovely views, privacy, parking. We got none of that. I urge you not to book this cabin, you WILL be disappointed!

It totally exceeded our expectations. We booked this last minute and looked at the reviews after. Once arriving, it felt like the reviews were for a different cabin. Also, it smelt beautiful!!! This had everything we expected and more. The bed was so cosy and the cabin was equipped with everything we needed.

The only downside was the unused caravan which was in view of our cabin. It didn’t affect us hugely and would not stop us booking this amazing cabin in the future, but it would be much better without it. We weren’t bothered about the odd cobweb. This is to be expected in a rural location!!!

We were woken at 12.30am by loud music and someone was blowing a whistle which was disappointing but I made a quick call to the owner who immediately sorted it for us

No curtains in any of the lounge and kitchen area which was a bit strange seeing as other people were right next door
