Glen Eden Farm

I am quite sure I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids - My confirmation email actually said 4 adults and 3 kids. Our original house on the hill was nothing like the pics, house was not great at all. We originally booked because our kids love water and slides, but the waterslide did not work the entire time we were there. We then moved to accomodation closer to family. On checkout we were charged an additional R1200 apparently for another child staying. I feel this was very excessive especially since facilities were not working the entire time we were there

The pool facilities were poor, one of the reason we booked was because of the waterslides and they were not working. The animal feeding felt like more of an effort from the staff member who arrived late. No enthusiasm at all. When ordering dinner on the first night, I was made to feel bad for order at 18:30 because apparently the kitchen was already closed, even tho the gentleman who handed over the keys told me they close at 7. Not a great way to make your guest feel welcome.
