In the chalet nothing was nice at all it was full of mould not clean at all when reported to SJ Seaside Chalet they was not helpful at all as a terminal ill person I was treated very badly by them I dont know if this would be my last holiday so i wanted to enjoy the time with my grandson but the state of the chalet spoilt it for us

All of it left me very disappointed

"Did the job"

Location is great with a little fenced area for the dog. Chalet it alright, nice and compact and has everything you need for a weekend away. Bedding was fresh and clean. WiFi is great and a good smart TV.

The fencing and seating area needs a tidy up and a bit of love. The chalet is tidy and cleanish has all amities but needs a real deep clean, hairs and dust in the bathroom (sink and shower) grime and mould around the shower head/base. Floor in the bunk bed room near the window needs a real good mop/clean. Main bed has a dip in the middle so your continuously pull yourself out of it. And the smoke alarm went off in the main bedroom at 3.45am and scared the life out of us.

The site its self was ok

The chalet was not what I booked due to flood the chalet I was offered was a rabbit hut filthy and stank it was disgusting will not be booking again
