Beautiful Location One Bedroom Residential Home

No toilet roll on arrival. No wine glass. Mould in the kitchen. Pots/pans/Utensils etc really limited making any attempt at genuine cooking problematic. Finally found a frying pan in the oven. Oven - I chose not to use due to how greasy trays etc were. There was a leak in the bathroom. All the issues except oven were reported and the response was to blame the cleaner despite the fact that I pointed out the issues were maintenance not cleaning. (The oven had no Grill wire tray, and the items in it needed replacement due to years of cooked in grease). No instructions for central heating and it was switched off at the boiler, did not find wifi code til last day as it was on a sticker on a picture rather than on the router.

Very happy with the house and facilities. Clean and warm.

Oven was dirty inside. There were also 3 dirty pans inside oven. Fresh food from previous people I assume left in fridge.

Good location and comfortable house.

Internet was not working. Contacted the host but no follow up was given.

Nothing. Awful property. Very poor in every way. Badly equipped, dirty, uncomfortable, nothing welcoming at all. No blinds, filthy windows, bed groaned when moving on it, sofa hard and flat. No provisions at all. No toilet roll washing up liquid, bare necessities not provided.

Everything. So bad. Endured one night only as we had no choice as we were having work done in our house. The heating was switched off at the boiler, all rads were turned off. Dirty chipped crockery, dirty cupboards, mismatched and spartan pans and two plastic glasses. 2 mismatched towels only, no hand towel. I could write an essay on this awful property.

Location - we have family very close by. Size of the bed Style of bathroom Enough cutlery and plates/bowels for the three of us just not matching. No biggy though.

No blind outside the bathroom for privacy. Mould in the kitchen that’s been there since November looking at the review posted on the 15/11. My daughter has asthma so I really wasn’t happy about that. The heating was turned off at the boiler when we arrived so the house was freezing and took ages to heat up. Not what you need at 11pm at night with a 5 year old. WIFI didn’t work. The quilt is a thin summer quilt. I was freezing all night. Pillows were very well used and stained so I had to wrap one pancake pillow with a towel. Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel laid out so had to find a 3rd bath towel for my daughter by routing in a cupboard. Half a toilet roll in the bathroom. Good job I brought some with me. Cupboard space that should be for the visitors to use was full of stuff like someone lived there full time. It was like living in a student accommodation and that student decided to sofa surf for the weekend for some extra money.

Poorly equipped kitchen Ignition on the cooker hob didn't work No matches to light the hob No washing up liquid to support first night. No blinds in the kitchen, lounge and landing. Downstairs radiator needs attention as did not get warm and covered by sofa. House very cold on arrival and sofa bed was in the lounge and occupant of sofa bed was cold all night as radiator didn't heat the room.

Lovely clean house. Location was spot on as our relatives live nearby.

Lack of decent glasses to drink from, existing mugs were very stained and not a lot of plates to use.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Off road parking Good kitchen and a lovely bathroom. Good speed Internet with the included WiFi.

When we arrived late on a Sunday evening there was no toilet roll but more importantly there was no heating or hot water as the boiler was turned off in the cupboard. It was just an oversight I'm sure and in general easily fixed and didn't really affect our stay. A bit of damp/mold on the kitchen ceiling. No basics when we arrived such as tea, coffee etc as shown in the photos.
