Bathroom was very clean Carpets appeared clean Kitchen surfaces and floor were clean House had a good odour

There was dog faeces spread across the garden There was opened food packets including milk left in kitchen There were dog hairs embedded in the sofa The sofa did not appear the same as in the photo and the foot rest that turns into bed was dirty The double bed upstairs had partially collapsed in corner so was uncomfortable The spare duvet in cupboard was visibly dirty so unused

good location close to family

no instructions on heating so found it difficult, would have been good if there had been instructions left somewhere

Perfect for what we needed as a stopover on a long journey from Midlands to Scotland!

Nothing, everything was as expected.

Loved the setting, very quiet area. Super shower.

No written information in the house to operate the central heating or any other electrical items that I could find. No hair dryer, loo roll holder, towel rail or wall mirror in the bathroom. Only one bedside table and no bedside lamps. Blinds needed on the landing and kitchen windows. We had to find some towels for ourselves. None left out for us. An information booklet would have been great.

Area was good , as near spouses work. Yard was fenced in for dog , but could do with weeding and jet washing.

Property was listed as newly refurbished, and had seen better days. Only king size bed, and property listed as could sleep four? No instructions for heating , and house was cold 12degrees . Tried to contact landlord , still no reply to email send and phone number is not in use. Had to go and purchase throws and hot water bottles to keep warm. 😢 oven needs cleaning and greasy trays left inside. Crockery seen better days as miss matched , chipped and cracked. Mugs had been put away but not cleaned properly, rings in them . Only one towel left on bed , and in advert pics had four. Also pics show tea coffee and sugar and cookies, all that was in the cupboards were surplus food items left from previous guests. Carpets could also do with cleaning.

Location was perfect for me, driveway for parking, good shopping facilities in Cramlington, several beaches a very short drive away, Seaton Delavel Hall on your doorstep if you want some local history.

No outside light, it’s dark at the front door, top step a little loose, luckily I have a body torch otherwise very difficult to see keyhole. Shower screen seal loose, bathroom floor gets wet, water starting to seep through into kitchen ceiling. No lamp in lounge, ceiling light unbelievably bright, too bright to keep on, I kept kitchen light on instead of lounge light. There were noises in the living room ceiling, sounded like a bird, the neighbours no.16, had a roofing company out on Tuesday. A little bit of TLC would make the property perfect.
