Very enjoyable ,everything you need for a self catering stay,Slept well,no noise at all,very friendly hosts, complimentary milk and biscuits.excellent value for money,good chippy in town.didn't get to meet captain Cook.🙂

It was a very comfortable place to stay. An easy walk into the centre of Great Ayton. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything you’d need.

Well what can I say about this little gem of a place!! Perfect location, the place was immaculate and had everything we needed. I was very surprised to have access to Sky which was a welcome bonus. Bedroom was lovely bed was very comfortable, bathroom was lovely, living room was great, enough room to lounge about and watch some TV. Kitchen had everything when we arrived we had brought milk and a few other basics as well as cookies and crisps we will enjoyed on the first night there. Was surprised to find milk in the fridge. The hosts Will and Vicky were AMAZING!! Nothing was too much trouble! If you are looking to explore the beautiful surroundings of Great Ayton this is a must! Hosts are amazing, even let us charge our electric car there, thank you will and Vicki. They even gave us a lift to our friend’s wedding venue and back bless them so save us paying for a taxi! Home away from home an absolutely delightful stay and we will definitely be back.highly recommend!!

This lovely bungalow has views over private beautiful gardens. It has secure off road parking and is like a home for home, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was presented, spotlessly clean and had a comfortable bed with lovely bedding and huge fluffy towels. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly and communication prior to arrival was second to none. We arrived as visitors and left as friends. Thanks so much to Vicki and William for a fabulous stay and your 5 star hospitality.

Quiet, comfortable, good location, friendly owners

Everything! I have reduced mobility and the bungalow was full accessible both externally and internally, with great parking. The bungalow could not be better equipped or more comfortable and had a homely feel. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful both prior to and during my stay. The location is also very close the all the village amenities.
