Mieszkanko małe ale nie mieliśmy problemu, żeby pomieścić się w 6 osób. Dużym udogodnieniem jest taras na którym można posiedzieć , zjeść czy zrobić make-up. Nie do końca było czysto ale w niczym to nie przeszkadzało. Lokalizacja za to rewelacyjna!! 5 minut spacerkiem do stacji Grove , 15 min do exchange place i 10 minut metrem na Manhattan. Zaraz za rogiem McDonalds 24h. Mieszkanko znajduje się zaraz obok restauracji Caribbean- wejście jest w dół schodkami czarne drzwi. Łóżka duże i wygodne , klimatyzacja. Ja polecam dla osób które nie są bardzo wymagające a chcą mieć świetną lokalizację i atrakcyjną cenę

Les matelas des lits superposés ont besoins d’être changés, ils sont très inconfortables et bruyant

Posizione, vicinanza ai servizi e ai negozi, area pedonale immediatamente vicina, stazione metro nei paraggi. Pulizia dell'appartamento all'arrivo.

La porta sul retro non chiudeva bene e di conseguenza il bagno era freddo. Tavolo da pranzo molto piccolo per la capienza max dichiarata (6 persone). Dalla foto sul sito non si capisce che si tratta dell'appartamento sotto il piano stradale

Le style vintage est sympa, le cartier, la proximité de Manhattan

Le logement pourrait avoir beaucoup de charme être très agréable s’il était propres, ce qui n’est du tout le cas - sol rez de chaussé et étage ainsi que les tapis très sale ( taches sur les tapis qui sont de trop) - saleté décimé derrière les poubelles de la cuisine ( poubelles très sale) - miroir cassé dans le salon et plusieurs tableaux sous les meubles n’ont rien à faire là - ustensiles de cuisine inadaptés pour une plaque à induction - pas assez de vaisselle (seulement 2 verres pour 4 personnes) - l’abris en face la porte d’entrée ressemble vraiment à un local à poubelle - la terrasse inutilisable car très sale également (beaucoup de feuilles, pelle cassée, bouteilles vides, miroir cassé etc .. c’est bien dommage - taches sur les draps du grand lit - coussins et fauteuil très sale - table de cuisine extrêmement sale (chiffon noir après nettoyage) Photos à l’appui nous en mettons que 4 car impossible d’en mettre plus c’est bien dommage

The property was a great size for a small family of four, it says it fits 6 but more than two adults n two children and you’d struggle as there is a lot of furniture. Good kitchen and bathroom, bed was comfortable enough. The location is fantastic, a five minute easy walk from the local PATH station!

The back door doesn’t really lock and it’s attached to the bathroom, I mentioned this to the owner but it took them until my last day to provide me with contact details to send images through of the issues and it felt like a security risk. Other than that I had no real complaints, however I do think you are paying that price for location only.

Appartement ist vollgestopft mit alten und unnützen Möbeln (mehr, als auf den Bildern der Annonce zu sehen sind), dafür gibt es nicht einen einzigen Schrank. In der Küche sammeln sich übrig gebliebene Dinge von Gästen. Alte klebrige Pfannen und Töpfe, es gab genau 2 Gläser. Nicht sehr sauber vorgefunden, Handtücher teilweise mit Rissen und ausgefranst, keine Überzüge für die Bettdecken, die hoffentlich frisch gewaschen waren. Mülltonnen werden nicht regelmäßig geleert, waren randvoll. TV hat nicht richtig funktioniert, Terrasse dunkel und dreckig. Insgesamt an der Grenze zu ungepflegt. Schade, aus dem eigentlichen hübschen Appartement könnte man viel mehr machen.
