Roydons Flat - Kaiteriteri Downstairs Unit

Nicely located on a hill overlooking Kaiteriteri, breathtaking view! Very good kitchen facilities, very clean.

Unfortunately, only one window can be opened, hence it can get quite warm in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Homely and very comfortable. Very clean. Great location with amazing view.

Amazing location with stunning views. The unit downstairs was newly renovated, everything was beautiful and new. The unit was equipped with everything we could possibly need.

We had some problem to switch on the oven.

View is great, would be better on upper appartment. Kitchen and washing machine are a plus

Bit tricky to find as its not on google maps, a picture with the exact location could help. Space for hanging clothes is very limited for 2 people, would use some more lines. Did not find shower gel, would be cool to add. Noise subject to upstairs neighbours, if they walk around like elephants you'll hear it. All together just minor points for improvement, really enjoyed our stay.

Great location just a short drive to the beach. Beautiful views and nicely stocked small kitchenette.

As other reviews have mentioned the noise from the upstairs property is horrendous. The building creaks and there is zero soundproofing so conversations, TV from upstairs is easily heard. Pack earplugs or headphones is you want to sleep. Would also be nice to have a bigger outdoor balcony and somewhere to dry clothes outside since there's no dryer.
