Vrindhavan Mist City Resorts

Travelled with Family and booked the resort will little research. The resort is group of villas perched on top of hill about 1800m elevation. It is a totally private and serene and beautiful view of the mountains, as the name suggests few of days it was really misty and very pleasant weather. The view from the rooms is fantastic and location indeed is very calm. Most of the days we dined at the restaurant and food totally met our expectations. Small staff cover most of the needs but are very efficient and helpful, second day onwards they started predicting our needs and mets all of them. Like the morning and evening tea were at our door without any notification, that was really sweet. Few things to take note; the access roads are very steep so a minivan or bigger vehicle will find difficult to navigate so request for the Jeep, location is remote so packing ahead snacks etc will be helpful, else can request to drive to the nearby town. Overall it was a great stay & we had lots of fun...

Room amenities can be better & connectivity of WifI surely needs improvement - though it was blessing in disguise as we talked more than surfing.

Property was ok. But not worthy for 5000/room.

It is really awesome resort located atop a mountain with fabulous views all around. The staff were very accommodative in taking care of our needs, food was okay for our needs though not extravagant. The only thing that takes away the charm is the poor condition of the road that leads to the resort. Absolutely off road condition of the last 2 kms to resort is the only one thing that is negative about this resort but we understand it is beyond the control of the resort.

The Location Vrindhavan Mist City was Excellent with wonderful ambience, calm and peaceful. The resort is located at the top of a hill which is entirely surrounded by green hills and the view from there was mind blowing. The main thing to highlight is their service. Services provided was exceptional. Especially Manager Mr. Govind Raj who guided us with proper informations and a very friendly person. On the day when we vacated in the morning we couldn’t see the view from the top view point due to heavy mist. We waited for sometime and unfortunately the view was not clear. We reached down Kanthalloor town and the manager called us back saying the view is clear now and he arranged a vehicle to pick us up to see the mountain view even after when we vacated. By this we understood its not only the service, its his passion. The view from the top was breathtaking. Also Thanks to staff Mr. Visakh as he was so much supportive and was always available and attended my every queries. Food they served was good and tasty. Planning to visit again. Highly recommended..
