Excellent location, beautiful welcoming garden. The house was clean, tidy, cosy. Comfortable bed. The place felt very much cared for.

This is really nitpicking but the hand towels in the bathroom could have been bigger as they weren't big enough to wrap around my head when I had washed my hair. Another small sofa in the living room so we could both flop while relaxing in the evening.

EVeryting was delightful Beautiful little cottage. Everything new and very clean. Very comfortable. Excellent location ina very quiet square with a large sycamore outside the bedroom window - 100 meters from Quay Squre with all the cafés, retsaurants, shops.

The location is perfect for town centre, buses and ferry. There is also some excellent pubs, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. There is also local Tesco is also within walking distance if you are able to manage the hill to get there.

Stairs are very steep but once you get used to them they are not so scary. An additional bannister on the left hand side where it is open into the kitchen would be a great help to those who find stairs a little challenging.

Perfect size for a couple! The cutest little cottage and in a great location. Parking was separate but only a couple minute walk up the road. Was perfect experience for my American best friend to experience the English countryside in a proper old English cottage! Kitchen facilities were easy to use, a newly refurbed bathroom was very nice.

Only thing I will say is there is night lights throughout the cottage which are useful if you go downstairs for a drink or the bathroom in the middle of the night, but there was one right above the bed which would come on every time someone turned over in the bed! I think there was information in the guest book but I think I noticed that a little too late. It is just a small thing but it did affect how well I slept. I’m sure there was a way to turn it off or such and I just didn’t think to look properly. Either way, the cottage has a lot of modern touches to it that really upgrade a very old house but the house still looks & feels beautifully old and historic!

Best location in Kingsbridge, near bus station, shops and restaurants. Car parking space very close by. Great lounge diner with view of pretty front garden WiFi, TV with Sky, radio. Beautiful cottage with very well equipped kitchen for self catering. Extremely comfortable bed and excellent quality bed linen. Amazing newly fitted bathroom with towels and toiletries supplied. Lovely little courtyard with bistro table and chairs, perfect for reading with a glass of wine. Welcome pack on arrival.

A grab pole at bottom of stairs would be helpful.

Location is amazing, right in the town at the bottom of the hill surrounded by lovely places to eat and drink. Clean and well equipped, great bathroom, comfy bed and allocated parking a very short walk away.
