It need some t.l.c. and a good clean. The paint was coming off the walls in most rooms .the kitchen sinks had not been cleaned. I didn't use the kitchen facilities except for the kettle. The cold water bath tap was completely broken and did a 90 degree turn. Central heating not working on arrival, but host turned on remotely

Outside space at the back was perhaps a little smaller than it appeared on photos but it didn’t really matter.
GBExcellent location with the local pubs, restaurants, shops and town centre a stones throw away. The property was clean throughout and the bed was comfortable. Car parking space provided was only a minutes walk away too.
Whilst I appreciate it is an old property, simple things like holes in the ceiling could do with filling in, new sealant around the bath etc. it also would have been nice to have some logs provided for the wood burner rather than having to try and find somewhere that sells them as soon as we arrived.
