Great little place with everything you need, close to town and for sightseeing

Unfortunately there is a construction site right in front with a new house build, obstructs quite a bit of the view and was quite noisy at times

The cleanliness and very comfortable beds. Outlook to the lake and mountains superb. Ease of access from parking bay to the front door.

Maybe thought to a small table and chairs.

"Very disappointing"

The log fire but everything else was a compromise . Small uncomfortable seating . Single beds were too short for an adult towels too small & thin . We are only 5.5 & not big . Poor kitchen equipment & not 1 wine glass matching ended up drinking wine from a water glass . Worst of all building site directly at the edge of the deck . We were lucky 2 of our 4 they weren’t working !

As above do not book this property the new house that is being built is only just started & will be going on for at least 12 months . The fencing already impedes the view & once it’s built there won’t be a view

"While we enjoyed the space and location the place did need a little TLC."

The location was great and it was warm and comfortable.

It was all slightly unclean. Rug, couches, curtain and lining all stained. Curtains in lounge needed to be hooked back on the rail. Shower seals broken and dirty. Rangehood had a greasy smell.

Very cosy place with good views of the lake! Has everything you need to cook up a storm if that's what you're after. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck with a coffee or beer as the sun came up & set.

As we stayed at the end of summer, it got very hot inside the house all day & night! Unfortunately there were no fly screens on any of the windows or doors, so weren't able to open it up to get some air flow without letting lots of bugs in. No fans or aircon either.
