Tekapo Tussock

Good location close to the lake side.

No decorations or character. No personal touches. Atmosphere was bland and like a backpackers. Water glasses had lipstick marks, one of the beds we booked wasn’t set up, the clothes dryer didn’t work, the air conditioning was underpowered, the kitchen was dated. Way over priced.

Such a beautiful, cozy and clean place in a great location

The second bedroom was a bit small for two adults. The price was really high in comparison to other places around which I suspect the high season (Christmas break) was an added factor to it

the tidyness of the place and great kitchen with very open living room. Great to have a log burner too (we didn't use this time as it was not the season to though in winter or cooler nights be lovely). Much enjoyed stay and would return :) Love the guestbook too, and reading about hosts and etc! May try another of your property next time. Thanks very much!

the second bedroom was a little odd in configuration w the bed, there was not much space to place the luggage and the sidetable was at the foot of the bed, if that was moved to beside bed, the clothing cardboard door would not open. Apart from that it was really clean and tidy so that was nice. Thank you.

Very comfortable and well appointed.

No instructions on the TV setup and contacted the No. listed but only text available and no great help but it didn’t affect us greatly…we just enjoyed the location and stay.

Beautiful layout, plenty of space and light.

Main bedroom had a window facing the neighbours property where the lights were on all night. The curtains aren’t sufficient to block out the light.

Clean, comfort and good location.

Price can be lower.
