"$660 for 3adult,too expensive for 17hours of stay, or am i just expecting too much"

close to the lake,

the shower its hard to get the water temp you like because it has a old tap where hot and cold have separate knobs, i recommend replacing it with a single tap that will make it easier and saves alot of water,

"Just like Grandma's"

So quiet and comfortable. Instantly felt at home,it really is just like Grandma's! Spacious lounge with big windows for star gazing. Excellent prompt communication from host. Quick walk to the small town centre and iconic lake.

"Want to go back for longer"

Everything. The house is spacious with a huge living room and kitchen. We didn't want for anything. It was like walking into the house of someone you have known (Grandma?), and it feels welcoming and comfortable. Authentic 50s/60s retro. Homey, a bit quirky, and delightful. Well maintained, BIG windows, bed very comfy, huge deck area (with bbq!) for a sit and a bevvy to enjoy the end of the day. It embraced us and we loved it. The bathroom arrangement is different but it works perfectly well. Its just not conventional.
