"convenient, cossy and homie."

It feel cosy and homey. Heaters are well set up ready and running at our arrival. It has books and board games which are handy for family.

It would be better if the shower and toilet facility are upgraded. A thicker blanket or duvet would be better. It is personal preference only.

"Option for staying close to town of Lake Tekapo."

Convenient. Extra portable electric heaters were welcomed in addition to the reverse cycle aircon.

Mattress felt a little lumpy, may need to be updated to a firm mattress. Unable to use fireplace despite being a cold house. Close proximity of neighbours reduced privacy.

Property is very dated and needs an update. We thought it was overpriced for such a dated property. It is in a good location and has lots of room.

Well stocked kitchen i.e. stove, microwave, frying pan, cutlery, dinner set etc , plenty of blankets, duvets.

No electric blanket but we did find the hot water bottles. Steps were a bit challenging for someone with limited mobility but the hand rails helped
