Good location

Bed was very uncomfortable and pics made place look way bigger than it was. Didn't like some windows didn't have curtains or shades

The room is clean.

The house number is not obvious, and it took us a long time to find the correct house number. Other guests encountered the same problem that night. Calling the customer service is very impatient and not very friendly. And there are no curtains in the corridors facing other guest rooms, not even gauze curtains, and the privacy is not very good.

Good sized apartment with appliances. The clothes dryer with a stationary rack was very good.

Expensive with unreasonable terms and conditions, advised only after booking. Also, I felt the decor was quite dingy. A few things were broken, the shower didn't stay in position, and there was only a tiny amount of shampoo and conditioner. Insufficient towelling items provided, only one hand towel for everyone to share, for entire stay and no face cloths.

It was modern and warm

There was one heat pump remote missing which isn’t really the hotels fault but they should have warned us
