There was a very unpleasant mix up I will write about. Despite our booking being confirmed on booking.com, we didn’t receive any arrival instructions/keys and host didn’t answer the texts/phone calls. Eventually we found the keys to the house in the door lock and settled in. After about an hour a very loud, agitated and abrupt woman came in i and told us that we need to get out/we are in the wrong accommodation and she has someone else booked in. That she basically cancelled … the scene was highly unpleasant and her attitude was appalling. She kicked us out for an hour or so while she organised another house on the compound. We were only allowed to check in at 10pm by which time we were upset and very tired. The owner did not offer any apology and her behaviour was unacceptable.

Needs some touching up. A great house, but looking a bit tired.

Excellent location. Bars, shops and restaurants only 3 minute walk away! Quiet and comfortable house.

All good, TV was not working but wasn't needed and I believe 1 of the kitchen windows does not close from inside (missing handle).

Walk on in...accomodated my first floor bedroom request, thanks! Big space great for families, two story. Full kitchen and laundry as well. Excellent location to Connemara Park and local pub. Large bathroom, good for handicap access.

No hot water in either bathroom and no wifi access instructions.

Excellent location, the house is very nice and bright feel like at home cosy and warm, perfect heating. Pleanty space in the rooms. The kitchen is nice and fully equipped.

The shower pressure very low. The barbecue need to replace (sorry)

The location was quiet and there was enough space. Everything I needed was already there for me.

There wasn't any hot water on the first day of our stay. We weren't sure how to get hot water at first, but then we figured it out.
