The fact that when we arrived on a cold November afternoon the place was welcoming with the warmth as radiators were on. The location was perfect for walking especially with our little dog. Very dog friendly and very relaxing. Thank you to Carl.

Great location, cosy little cottage that has everything you need for your stay, long or short. Secure back garden if you have a dog.. Lovely little retreat.

There is nothing to dislike!

We loved the location. The pond behind was amazing and we walked around it every morning. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was so cozy and we slept really well. It was very comfortable to stay in and close to lots of amenities and of course the beach and the coastal walk which we did to Sutton.

There was nothing that would deter us from going again.

We were given the wrong number for the key safe but was quickly resolved with a phone call, so not really a problem with the property it’s self

Very cosy and warm with nice touches like condiments, foil all the little things you want but don’t tend to bring

Downstairs bedroom could have had a slim bedside table to put drink and phone on at night

Beautifully furnished, most comfortable beds. Homely and comfortable. Lovely courtyard rear garden (sun trap) with magnificent views over the lake.
