Stunning location by the lake

The property did smell very strongly of dogs. I think maybe the floor matts and blankets need to be washed more regularly.

The location was perfect. The beach was 2 or 3 minutes walk away, the cottage was cosy and really comfortable to stay in. Dog loved it as well.

Maybe the shower! Wasn't that powerful, but ok for the couple of days we stayed. It's not really a problem.

What an exceptional place to enjoy! This charming cottage is in a perfect location, a quiet little street with a beautiful lake at the back of the cottage. I enjoyed the open plan cozy sitting room and a stunning upstairs bedroom with a huge super comfy bed. The kitchen is modern with all the equipment provided. There was coffee and tea, sugar, biscuits (even the doggy ones), most condiments and ice cubes all ready to make your stay enjoyable. The place is spotlessly clean and warm. The large terrace is safe and perfect for your dog to be safe while stretching his legs a bit. Tables and chairs outside are an excellent addition to enjoy the drink or dinner all fresco. Communication with the owner was easy, professional and helpful. 2 minutes walk to the spectacular beach and 10 minutes to the town centre. I've never stayed in a more comfortable holiday home. What a gorgeous gem! I will be returning with my family and friends! Highly recommend.

Excellent location, home from home, beautiful master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. Lovely garden backing on to the park for our dog to enjoy. Very well equipped.

Location was fantastic. 200 metres from the beach, Great Lake overlooking the back of the property and you had everything you needed and clean

Lovely place, conveniently situated on the lake. The garden area was really spacious and safe for all. Very close to free paddling pool for little ones.

Wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like but if we were to bring young grandchildren the bedrooms are very separate as one is downstairs round the bottom of stairs off of the lounge and the other is upstairs. But could certainly sort sleeping arrangement out to make it safe.

We loved the piece and quite this cottage offered us. It was in the perfect location.The bed provided the best night's sleep, (can't remember the last time I slept so long.) Definitely a home from home feeling. We wouldn't hesitate booking again

The only downside was the smell of dog when we first walked in, but we aren't pet owners. Having said that it did not detract from our stay
