"Cosy, clean and perfect location."

It was very clean, very comfy and had everything we needed for a long weekend. A 5 minute walk from town and the beach.

The bathroom ceiling is very low - not an issue for most of us but for anyone over 6ft it can be a little difficult.

"A Wonderful Place to stay in a great location."

The Annexe was perfect for us, close to the beach and shops. Behind is a fabulous park and beautiful green space. The place its self was incredibly tidy and clean. It had everything we needed. Would recommend.

It was beautifully presented clean and tidy very well equipped . In a peaceful part of perranporth just a short walk into the town and beach . private little garden with a hot tub which was amazing

"Home from home in Perranporth"

The hosts were lovely and on hand if you need anything. The apt is a few mins walk from the beach and the centre of town and is a home from home. Even has a friendly cat that comes to say hi! There is reserved parking and plenty more space in the nearby park if you’ve got a few cars. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day.

Might be useful to advise people the bathroom has very limited head height. We could sat and up but had to duck to get our hands up to wash hair.

"Superb"

Perfect location. Nice to walk around the boating lake and down to the beach. Plenty of local shops and eating places . Our host was lovely and friendly, She made us feel very welcome and at home. There was a super welcome basket of goodies on arrival. Great to have Netflix on the TV in the evening. Safe parking on the property for our two motorbikes was brilliant. Thank you Rebecca for being a fantastic host ❤️

"Wonderful, definitely one to rebook."

Decorated beautifully. Sofa and beds very comfortable. Very clean. Nice little welcome pack, Becky even got us a pint of milk in so we could have cuppa when we arrived. Kids loved having a TV in their and our room as we usually get invaded for morning cuddles and cartoons. The hot tub was a fam favourite too. The walk to the beach/town is on the flat. The park and tennis courts are just behind the property (but no so close you hear kids)

Not a problem for us short arsed but some taller folk might struggle with the height of the shower and a low beam in the hall that my partner kept walking into, ha.
