The Annexe at Tenniside

Lovely welcoming and clean appartment. Good location. Would book again

We had a lovely stay at Tenniside, although the weather wasn’t perfect it was ideal having such a lovely place to spend some time when the rain showers hit! The hot tub was a favourite with our group and enough outside space to relax (including hammock) and in an ideal location too! The hosts were also very generous in allowing an earlier check in - very accommodating and also received a message mid stay just checking in on us which was lovely.

The bunk bed was a little creaky which woke me up a couple of times but the bed itself is very comfortable and this wasn’t a big issue

A truly amazing place to stay, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. You could waste hours in the garden, using the hot tub, relaxing in the hammock whilst reading a book or just sitting at the table drinking a coffee or something slightly more refreshing. Ideal location with beautiful surroundings, the beach is a 5 minute walk away or there is a park just next to the house if you fancy stretching your legs. Everything about this cottage screams comfort, relax and enjoy... which we did. THANK YOU !!!

Location was great, hot tub was a nice treat. Comfy sofa and throws for relaxing when you got back at night. Very helpful to have tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and breakfast cereal provided.

Chairs in garden not very comfortable for sitting on for very long- I like to have a cuppa and listen to the birds first thing in a morning - it was fine for a short stay but would have been an issue for longer. Obviously there was the hot tub but usage is different and you don't always have time or want to get wet and have a shower so not an actual alternative.

It was close by to the town and where we needed to go the next day. Lovely location and loved how quiet the area was. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

We got lost as didn't know where the annexe was and once we found the place, we didn't know the key safe code and tried contacted them but no reply. Luckily the host live next door and were happy to help and managed to sort out this very quickly.

Lovely property, immaculately clean and a short walk from the beach and bus stop. Friendly, helpful hosts who left a generous welcome pack of seasonal treats. Triple bunk bed was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the hot tub too!

Not everyone may be comfortable with being so close to hosts (the annexe is part of main house) as noise travelled both ways. There were a few things (like a hairdryer, wooden spoon) that would make the well-stocked house even better.

Fantastic hosts, lots of amazing little touches (hamper of goodies and dog goodies) that made the stay really special. Beautiful decor, short walk from the beach and high street. Great use of space! When we needed a cork screw, they quickly brought this over!

No complaints! :)

The property felt like home, it was very private and yet an excellent location, walking distance to everything!
