"Phenomenal location"

Phenomenal ocean and coastline view looking all the way to Kilauea lighthouse. Go to sleep to the sound of the surf. Enjoyed relaxing in the "backyard" on the grassy area on the bluff above the ocean. And ne ne walked right up to us! Be sure to go out late a tonight and enjoy all the stars in this extra dark location. Generous conveniences/amenities. Interior not fancy, but as advertised.

Door lock flimsy. On our stay, broiler did not work. Room AC in bedroom pretty noisy.

"Quiet unit in stunning location."

The view is exactly as shown - stunning. The unit is comfortable and clean. It contains everything you could imagine needing.

The unit needs some maintenance. Many drawer pulls have lost screws, the bathtub is clogged, there's only one beach towel, etc.

"Incredibly relaxing 4-day stay"

Beautiful view from the cliff this unit is positioned on. Unfortunately, sunrise and sunset aren't visible in late November as east and west directions have mountains in the way, but that's not a big issue. Unit was well stocked with coffee & filters, condiments, soap, shampoo, and many others. The neighbors were very quiet and we slept very well in the comfortable bed.

Beach has a long, and in the end, very difficult access downhill on a lengthy wooded path. We couldn't get to the small beach because the final leap from a rock ledge (about 4' down) was longer than we wanted. The positive is that sitting on one of several volcanic rock ledges affords great views just above sea level. Beautiful public beaches are about 20 minutes drive away.

"The perfect stay in northern Kauai."

We were blown away by the view and the sound of the ocean lulling us to sleep every night. The condo had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs to borrow on our beach day.

Exceptionally clean, well maintained, plenty of amenities, adequate number of electrical receptacles, outstanding view. Quiet neighbors.

Cold pool, a modest climb and 5 steps that challenge someone with mobility issues.
