Incredible views of the ocean. Seemed to be the best possible of all the units for enjoying the water. Immaculately clean interior; great preparatory notes mailed ahead by the owner. Everything one might need for cooking and beach going had been provided.

As one who can’t drive, it was difficult to arrange transportation and food delivery.

The view and location to the beach and reef is incredible. Comfortable bed and good appliances provided.

Older style property and bathroom light/fan not working. Other than that, fantastic stay!

Appreciate the owner sending arrival instructions as hardcopy sent to me via USPS priority mail. Location of the condo unit is inarguably gorgeous and spellbinding.

Sadly, this condo is in disrepair, and utterly unclean. Visible layers of dust and dustballs on fans and ceiling above the bed prevented us from turning them on through the stay. Nonslip strips in bathtub peeling off and unclean. Mold running along the tub crevices. Coffee pot has layers of stain and grime. No coffee filters available. Water to shower head and bath tub did not work in the last 24 hours of stay, so had to alter vacation plans because we could not get cleaned. Messaged the owner via Booking app but never got a reply. Clearly the condo is completely relying on its prime location to survive and attract guests, but the condo is not suitable for guests who are paying top dollar and expecting at least a reasonably clean and comfortable stay. I'm a top tier Booking user and this is our first stay that fell severely below expectations.

Front door difficult to open

Excellent location with awesome sea views near a small township. Great facilities with laundry, kitchen and pool. The hosts provided detailed directions from the airport and instructions for arrival and use of the facilities. This is a private vacation apartment and has everything needed for your stay.

There was a lack of privacy especially at sunrise and sunset when people wandered around right outside the bedroom.

The ocean front view is perfect. The place itself is stocked with everything you could think of. The beach is worth the small hike. Princeville is so beautiful and fun. I wish we could have stayed here longer. Will definitely try to get D4 next time we visit

The view was amazing every morning being greeted by the crashing waves and beautiful sunlight coming into our room. The location itself was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for anything more more.
