Wyke House

Lovely clean property. The pictures don't do it justice, it looks bigger and nicer in real life. There is off the road access to the property via a gate. Lovely that it's so close to the beach yet in a nice private area as well. It also has a garden shared with about 4 other properties but when we went everyone just took it in turn to use and it is gated and surrounded by a wall. Lovely for our dog to have a run around. House very close to everything, shops, beach, arcades, cafes and restaurants. Owners were fab and kept in touch via text. We would gladly stay again if ever up this way.

Only very minor but shampoo, handsoap, and binliners not provided so had to buy some from the local shop. There are plenty of one stops around though and one only 5 min walk up the road. Bunkbed screws might need tightening up a bit it, they seemed a bit loose!

Lovely little cottage, like a home from home. Location was fantastic, literally a stones throw from the waterfront. Beds were comfy, WiFi was good. Parking was nearby. Good instructions provided by the host. Overall a great stay, would be happy to return.

The pics make it look like the house has a garden, it just has a yard, the garden is a shared garden out on the front a few houses down. Not a problem, just worth knowing before you stay.

House was very clean and comfortable every thing you need is provided good location for sea front or town. Creating memories with daughter and adult grandson.

The location. Small walk to the beach front

The property was not clean, cobwebs, carpets not hoovered, drawers full of human hair. Heating was not put on was we asked. Attic room damp, peeling paint. Garden pic very misleading. As in a communal garden not attached to the property.

Property adequate for our needs a bit dated could do with some TLC.the terrace area was very untidy and the small garden was other end of the property shared by 6 houses which was a little mis leading as was one of the things that made us choose the property.
