Proximity to the seafront

Lack of Parking availability/steep hills Assumed allocated parking. Didn’t expect to travel 10/15 mins walk up hill to find a space… Also, dirty fat laden trays in the oven!

Excellent location with beautiful views.

The decor is a bit dated, it’s a bit tired but we thought it was good value for money. The bathroom is a bit shabby but it was clean. The plug in the bathroom sink was broken but we warned before we arrived and it was a Sunday so hard to get fixed in time.

Perfect for an overnight stay to attend an event. We will definitely use again. Very clean, everything we needed for the stay and bonus of very short bus ride to the open air theatre. Great price.
