Great location with views of the harbour. A few nice touches like a bag of ice in the freezer, individual cereal and coffee provided. Parking permit included and finding a parking spot was easy. Netflix and wi-fi included. Small shared garden. A well-equipped house that suited our needs.

No soap was provided in the kitchen or bathroom, only a shower gel dispenser in the bathroom. No hand sanitiser available at all. The main issue was that we didn’t have control of the heating - there was a number to text to change the heating but it wasn’t really worth it as it had been on whilst we were out. It would have been good to have the times the heating would come on written on the welcome note, then we wouldn’t have been surprised by the heating or lack of it and could have changed it in advance. There weren’t a lot of spare sockets around and the house could do with a bit of TLC/DIY in places. It would have been nice to be able to log in to our own Amazon video / Netflix on the TV rather than having Netflix provided. Ok, I’m nit-picking on some of these but we’ve had them at other properties.

Needs to be cleend spesheley the bath room no bath towels and only one tea towel needs sum new table and cheers for out side thes ones r all rustey and full of cob webs grill woz still full of greens and only one small frying pan ..
