I didn't like the fact that there was no screening or something like a panel or like a fence to segregate to barn to the other property, but rather than everything else was excellent!

Lovely location and hosts. Its half a barn so nice big kitchen/lounge area. An excellent place to explore Kent.

I read in another review about the bed and would agree, but with a more comfy bed/bedroom it would be perfect

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place. Fresh flowers and honesty bar plus free drinks and dog treats.

We chose not to have breakfast as we were both on strict diets The location was lovely and quiet, a lovely setting, and was easy to find It had all the facilities you needed and to a very high standard, and it was spotlessly clean Most beautiful Barn

everything that was needed was provided and more

the only small but annoying thing happened on the last morning of our stay. A tractor sprayed orchard trees in the morning when we were sitting in the garden. We got sprayed which wasn’t very pleasant. a little notice would have been helpful.
