Place was nice very quiet time to do introspection see nature we took a tour with your son in law showing us the place very friendly

The place is very far from the shops and another thing the gravel road is P terrible

Nice location for people who wish to switch off which was not our case, we needed to be in touch via cell or wifi comms to home.

Nowhere did it state that there was no cell phone reception. That MUST be in the deacription! Stated Free Wifi but only available at the Main House (not specified) and not at our cottage. With sick elderly Mom at home we could NOT be without communication. Would not have booked here if we had known this. On arrival was too late as there was no other accommodation available in Touws due to a large event taking place. We found elseware but only for the Saturday night. Ater asking for a refund for the 1 night, it was declined, which we are highly upset about and feel we should be refunded. Request a reconsideration from the owners

The mattress on the double bed was a bit too hard, it could be a little softer for a more comfortable sleep.

Road to our place is rough. Luckily we had a 4 x 4.
