The Old Barn Annexe

We had the most wonderful time, we have booked again for September. A wonderful place to stay, very welcoming and a beautifully decorated and modern venue, with the perfect amount of space for two, and two small doggos. West Runton is a favourite of ours, and perfectly place for visiting other surrounding villages. Easy to access Cromer, Sheringham and Wells all in the same day if required. We drove but the train station is easily walkable and the coastal bus service is fab. We had a gentle walk from West Runton to Sherringham once the tide had gone out, very pebbly but accessible, took us about an hour. Local amenities were excellent and The Village Pub two minutes walk away, and is very pleasant. Can't wait to visit again.

Loved my stay, couldn’t find fault!

I feel like the tv could have been in the bedroom, unless it was placed in the seating area for technical reasons. Aside from that I was very happy and cosy :)

The location was brilliant as railway station and bus stop within easy walking distance so getting to local attractions was simple. Once we got to the property and had parked our car on the large private driveway we didn’t use it again until time to come home. The Annexe itself, although small, was plenty large enough for two of us and a dog. It felt a lot bigger than it was. It was well appointed and the owners left us milk, tea,coffee,sugar, wine, strawberries and some cream. The owners live in the attached house were really nice people who were more than happy to have a chat. We will be going back here in the future.

A cosy retreat in the lovely village of West Runton, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the lovely fruit and wine left for us on arrival. Excellently located for the pub and cafe, both a 2 minute walk, and a 10 minute walk down to the beach.

Wonderful stay at The Old Barn Annexe. The photos don’t do the accommodation justice. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. Fruit, biscuits and wine were greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay again!
