The Old Barn Annexe

The annexe was comfortable and well planned out for the space available. Lovely to get a welcome pack of wine, Strawberries and cream and milk and biscuits. Parking very easy on the drive. Property situated centrally for the village and close to Cromer and Sheringham, plus several National Trust properties. The property owner, David, was on site and helpful when we had questions.

The fridge was small with a small freezer, which didn't work effectively. The kitchen is compact. We did manage with 2 adults and one dog.

the quentness and location

Excellent location in quiet village with village pub and tea shop a minute away. Great location for exploring. Cottage is lovely with all you need for a short stay.

Beautiful location. Wine, grapes, milk and biscuits on arrival. Very comfy bed.

The dining room table needed wiping. I don’t like being picky but there was food on it from the previous guests.

Excellent location. Kitchen was well resourced. Comfortable bed and powerful shower.

It was strange to have to take food from the kitchen through the bedroom in order to eat at a table in the lounge diner.

Fresh , welcoming and we had grapes, milk , wine and chocolate biscuits on arrival. The kitchen and bathroom had what you needed with cleaning products provided. A great welcome book with information to make your stay a smooth one . The one thing I would mention, although clear when you book, the lounge area wasn’t big enough for us. The property is ideally situated , we stayed for 3 nights and didn’t use the car. Easy access to coastal walks , the beach, local pubs and the shop .
