The location was excellent, the host laid on milk, coffee and wine, and I would love to come back when the weather is better.

The Old Barn Annexe was the perfect base for our trip to North Norfolk. We had everything we needed and felt at home right away. Would definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Property was very well maintained, home from home. Spotless clean and tidy.

Was very close to the road which was very busy and quite noisy with traffic.

The layout is super quirky....we gave each other one of thise raised eyebrow looks when we walked in...but it turned out we completely fell in love with the place. Although small, it's actually more spacious than i'd imagined, which is always a bonus. The property is airy yet cosy all at once. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. The only thing I'd suggest could be better, if I go in to nit picking mode, are bath sheets rather than towels and a few more kitchen utensils, though I'm guessing a lot of people don't cook all that much during their stay. Clearly neither is a deal breaker. The location is perfect for the beach, Hillside Shire Horse Rescue and it's just a short walk to the railway station. All in all, highly recommend and we can't wait to go back next year.
