The Wild Daisy

Had everything we needed, including useful info folder on local amenities and places of interest. Could have been cleaner. Remote control was crusted with food, skirting in the living room had what looked like food on it, there was a strong smell of air fresheners throughout the property. Bathroom walls were peeling and mold in the shower plug. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels clean.

Lovely place to stay, very comfortable and homely.

The attic room was fabulous. Lying on the sofa and watching the weather pass over the windows was a highlight. The bedlinen was super soft and luxurious and the back bedroom was really quiet and comfy Bathroom is huge and the shower was wonderful

The separate sides of the bed in the front bedroom were comfy but there was a ridge down the centre which was solid and very uncomfortable. Not a massive thing but it did wake me up when I moved on it and also makes sharing a bed very perfunctionary.

Spotlessly clean, excellent value for money. I left my Gillet behind and Kirsten very kindly notified me & took it back to a local address for safe keeping. Very honest & genuine host

My mistake !!! There were some steep steps upon the entrance as the accommodation was a flat. Not an issue, as it’s an older property, but I had 2 small doggies whom one of which can’t climb stairs so I had to ‘Uber’ them up in turn ! But my own fault for not picking up on it! And that’s not a negative it’s my own daft fault !!

Very clean house ... very nicely presented... well equipped... and the garden is fantastic Additional Christmas decorations was a big plus for the kids ... thanks a bunch guys
